Important: If you place your order through TikTok or Amazon, you need to go through the original selling platform to request a refund by doing the following:

1) Go to Order

2) Find the order needed refund

3) Refund Request

4) Click on the Product that needs to be refunded

5) Select the appropriate reason for a refund

Please do not submit a return request for wrong, defective, or damaged items. If you received the wrong item or would like to return/exchange a damaged or defective product, please get in touch with [email protected] for assistance with a replacement or report the issue directly through our Help Center.

Refund Policy

Your refund will cover the value of the returned item(s) at the time of purchase plus sales tax (if applied), minus any discounts that were applied to your order. Your refund will be issued to your order’s original payment method once your returned items have been received, processed, and restocked at our warehouse. We cannot issue a refund to any payment method besides the original payment method used to place the order.

Store Credit

If you choose to receive a Store Credit you can use toward your future order, $10 will be added to your refund total. The Store Credit will be issued in the form of a gift card.

Exchange Policy

If you choose an exchange for your returned item(s), your new exchange order will be processed and shipped once your returned item(s) is in transit back to us. If you are owed a partial refund due to a price difference in your exchange order, please refer to the Refund Policy above. If there is a difference left to pay for the item(s) in your new exchange order, you will be asked to complete payment for the price difference before submitting your return request. If your order was placed using Faster Shipping, it should arrive within 2-3 days from when it was placed.
